The lesson I learned in Innovations is even though someone may have "failed", that does not mean they did not learn anything. When someone falls, they have learned what doesn't work and can move on with proper criticism. Any advice I would give to someone who feels like they are failing is to remember that anyone who has succeeded in life has also failed many more times than they have succeeded. A growth mindset to me means that someone is willing to grow from failure. With a growth mindset, you can improve on all of your past failures and it will make your final project so much better than what it would have been if you didn't learn from your mistakes. Teachers and adults in my life can help me out with this by giving criticism. Students and kids need good criticism that inspires and leads them in the right direction.
